Your accident
shouldn't cost you
twice.
Involved in a car accident? I coach claimants nationwide to recover property damage settlements and the diminished value of their vehicles — money insurance companies hope you never ask for.

Insurers count on you not knowing what your claim is actually worth.
The first offer is a floor test
Initial settlement offers are calculated to see what you'll accept without pushback — not what your vehicle actually lost in value.
Diminished value gets buried
Most adjusters never mention that a repaired vehicle is worth less than an undamaged one — or that you may be owed for it.
Their software isn't yours
Valuation tools like CCC and Mitchell are built for the insurer's side of the table. You're negotiating without the same data.
Five stages. One person in your corner the whole way.
This is a real sequence — each stage builds the leverage for the next one. We don't skip steps, and neither should you.
Free Claim Review
Send us your insurer's estimate or offer letter. We'll tell you — plainly — whether it's fair, and where it's likely falling short.
Strategy Session
A 1:1 call to walk through your specific claim: your state's rules, your policy, your timeline, and what a realistic full recovery looks like.
Documentation & Diminished Value Report
We help you assemble comps, repair records, and a diminished value calculation the adjuster can't wave away.
Negotiation Coaching
Before every call or email to the adjuster, we prep what to say and how to say it. You stay in control of your claim — we just make sure you're never guessing.
Recovery
You accept the settlement, on your terms. The check is yours — we never take a percentage of it.
What is diminished value, really?
Even after a perfect repair, a vehicle with an accident on its history report is worth less than one that's never been hit. That gap is diminished value — and in most states, you're entitled to claim it separately from your repair costs.
- Applies even when the insurer paid for repairs in full
- Often owed whether the accident was your fault or not
- Frequently never mentioned by the adjuster handling your claim
- Calculated using comps, condition, mileage, and market data — not guesswork
Pricing that doesn't compete with your settlement.
We coach — we don't take a cut. Every package is a single flat fee, paid once, regardless of how much you recover.

What coached claims can look like
"I didn't know I could push back on a settlement at all, let alone get more than double the first offer."
"The adjuster told me diminished value 'wasn't a thing' in my state. It absolutely was."
"Having someone tell me exactly what to say on each call changed the entire negotiation."

Frequently asked questions
Are you a law firm or a public adjuster?
No. ClearClaimView provides education and coaching to help you understand and negotiate your own claim. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation, and we are not a licensed public adjuster. If your state requires a license to negotiate claims on someone else's behalf, or if your situation involves injury, litigation, or a denied claim in bad faith, we'll tell you when it's time to bring in an attorney or licensed public adjuster.
Do you take a percentage of my settlement?
Never. Every package is a flat, one-time fee paid up front, regardless of your outcome or how much you recover.
What if my insurer already made a "final" offer?
Most "final" offers aren't final. In the free claim review, we'll tell you honestly whether there's room to push — and if there isn't, we'll say so.
Which states do you work with?
Diminished value rules vary significantly by state. Tell us where the accident occurred during your free review, and we'll let you know how it applies to your claim.
How long does the process usually take?
Most coached claims resolve within a few weeks of starting the process, though it depends on your insurer's responsiveness and the complexity of your claim.
Find out what your claim is actually worth.
No pressure, no obligation — just a straight answer about whether your offer is fair.
